The Happy thread!

I'll be happy come tax return time. My wife's mat-leave expired a few months ago, and she hasn't gone back to work. Her mat-leave income was piddling, at best, so her total income will be well below the personal exemption level. Combine this with two kids, and I should be getting a very nice return sometime in March.

Really? What's the family name up Kaz / Danforth way? I'm from Dirty Sam's line.... ;)

Did you grow up and/or spend time up in Kaz/Danforth area? I spent my last couple of high school years up in low `78 - `80.

Wilsons, Pritchards and some Shea is Danford Lake area. Grew up half overseas so it was just beautiful endless summers up at the lake (McConnell).

Ah... pretty sure there were a few Pritchards in the school when I was there, but I believe they were a few years back so I didn't know them all that well. If you know any of the Wilson family history, my Grandfather was Kenneth, and my Father was William (Bill of the Willy Wilson Band.... ;) ).

Yeah but how do you know you paid that much into it? Do you keep track of every pay cheque?

Your deductions are supposed to be on every pay stub, including year to date amounts. Our payroll program stops taking it off when you hit the max.

Sorry, I wasn't trying to make a big discussion about it. It's just nice to have a bit extra each payday when you are trying to do some Christmas shopping.
