The Official Food Thread

My Beer Can Chicken nearly touched the top of the thing. I tried an 18lb turkey and it touched as well. The issue is the cooking grates are too high up.
 
That too bad. :(

One of the guys from our sask shop goes goose hunting so he's going to bring one next time he comes up. Can't wait as I want to do it beer can style
 
A little brisket I picked up when I was out this morning. Don't think it's going to be the highest quality coming from a grocery store, but who knows, could be surprised.

Thinking it will take about 4hours at 225

Heh... that's bizarre! Not sure I've ever had Chili (spelled it correctly that time... :) ) without some form of beans in it. :)

edit: Also noticing that they're not tomato based either.....
