And watching portrait orientation videos cast to the big screen is a pita! Although I do occasionally shoot them portrait if they aren't important and I know my audience is likely going to be phone viewing.

We do a cauliflower nachos that dresses it up quite a but too. Roast the cauliflower first with some spices, then put the nacho fixin's on top and pop in the oven to melt the cheese and crisp it up.
