What game are you currently playing? (Screenshots if possible pls)

Started playing Stray.

Lets just say I had to really use willpower to shut it off so I don't end up playing all night. Have barely scratched the surface but really enjoying it. And yes I might be biased as I am very much a cat person.

I hadn't heard much about this until the other day. Intriguing idea.

And I think anyone who lives with cats eventually becomes a cat person :) I was firmly in the dog camp before I lived with a roommate who had cats when I was in university. They're just darn cool and unique! Our current cat is as good a retriever as my dog was! lol

Until they piss on a mattress, or tear the bottom of a good couch apart, or shred the carpet on the stairs. I could go on.

Y our aren't wrong about thier uniqueness and I don't mind other people's cats. 😜

Those are all perfectly valid concerns... and alas... those of us who choose to live with them decide to overlook those "qualities" to better serve our feline overlords :D

I wonder if you can shred expensive things in the game...?

I'm not sure about shredding expensive things, but one of the reviews mentioned seeking out shelves just for the pure joy of knocking plates off of them so I wouldn't be surprised. :)

haha, as an owner of 2 cats, and having had 4 in my lifetime none of my pets have done any of these.

Much like any pet, I think ownership has a large part to play in how a pet behaves. There are lots of stories of dogs being shitty out there too, chewing furniture, shoes, shitting on carpets, digging holes in yards...Just not sure why cats have such a bad rap....Maybe its because dog owners want a slave and not a pet, and cats dont make good slaves?

Anyways, to each their own. As they say.

Oh dear... and there we go. Dog vs Cat wars have begun... Do we need a separate thread for that? 😁

If your cat pees on a mattress, there is something wrong. They don't go where they would sleep unless something is very wrong.

And yes things can get messy if they are sick, but generally they are very clean and amazing overlords. Oh I mean pets.

As for the game, I have barely progressed with the story since I just walk around and scratch doors, rugs, jump up on tables and shelves just to knock stuff off, and of course meow. And they really did get the mechanics of a cat done well.

Planning on selling my PS4 Pro soon as I hadn't touched it in about a year, but figured I should play all the PS4 exclusives I own but hadn't finished yet.

Played all 4 Uncharted games and... .I find Naughty Dog games very overrated. Not bad, but both Uncharted and TLoU feel shallow gameplay wise to me. Sure they're cinematic and pretty, but it's very 'corridor-encounter, rinse repeat' to me. TLoU did add some light rpg-elements, but I found them shallow enough I skipped part II entirely to be honest. Others will disagree, but I don't think they were the amazing GOTY games people talk about. I did really enjoy the ending of Uncharted 4 though.

Moving onto Kingdom Hearts II.8 and I've decided I'm skipping 'Dream drop distance' it.... isn't very good. It's gotten to the point you can skip the attack button entirely in KH and just mash triangle for the showy kingdom hearts special events/context actions.

Also have Star Ocean Integrity and Faithlessness, Gravity Rush, Journey, The Last Guardian and Exist Archive to play. Suspect I'll skip Star Ocean and Exist Archive in the end, they're not great from the first few hours but I'm hoping that Journey and The Last Guardian are better.

This generation will be the first time I'll have ever skipped the Xbox/PS offering (save OG Xbox which I didn't own). There's just not enough exclusives, most come to PC which is my preferred platform. It's Nintendo+PC for me now.
