Whats your latest purchase?

I think it's a neat tech, but does it have something to shut it off when people are driving? If not, I find that... concerning... Sorry didn't watch the video all the way through.

EDIT: Watched it. Doesn't comment on that situation.

I never thought of that, but, I don't recall hearing/reading about that on any of the glasses I've researched.

Just seems like a great way to get momentarily distracted. We've had head-up displays in aircraft and some cars, but that is focused info, not info unrelated to the drive/flight task. Thinks I think about... :)

2025 Mazda CX-5 GS Comfort Pack

I almost always buy 2-4 years old, but the used market for newer/low milage vehicles is a mess.
2026 redesign is announced and expected early next year, but we don't need the extra length and the loss of most physical buttons may be a show stopper.
Got $1100 off with current incentives, a reasonable amount for our trade in, a set of winter tires, and 0.0% interest

Tell me you got a problem without using words 🤣

This all came in within 7 days of me being in Edmonton lol

This is just a few packs of fans for the new build I'll be putting up soon and a dock for the new tablet I got cables.

0.0% interest is rare these days it seems! Congrats!

Ya gotta love that 0.0% interest, not easy to find anymore. We're saving for our next car, hope to buy sometime in 2026 or early 2027, all depends on cash on hand since we don't want a car payment anymore. Our car is a 2018 with 150000kms, so not in a rush.

Good to go with the non-turbo version of that engine; Mazda has had some problems with their turbo and changing displacement engines. This is just a Miller cycle engine, so it avoids all that drama

congrats.
