Browns or reds are the way to go in my opinion. Blues are obnoxious and a crime to anyone in earshot. I'm using a Kinesis gaming board with browns at the moment but couldn't say I hands down love them over blacks. I probably make a few less typos with browns, but found I was a bit faster with blacks.I got a new clacker! Err, I mean keyboard, it's my first mechanical, and it's the EVGA Z10 (Kailh Brown's). I'm probably going to get the HyperX S Fury mousepad (X-Large) for my birthday though.
Agreed, blues are far to loud, but to me, Linear's feel kind of awkward to type on, as their actuation point doesn't have a "feeling" if you know what I mean. I think Brown's are the best in between (and best for typing), with Silent Black's/Silver's being good for gaming.Browns or reds are the way to go in my opinion. That's what's causes me to have a few more typos on them. Particularly when I'm typing fast or trying not to bottom out the keys. You get used to it, but I definitely notice my errors increase on the linear switches.Agreed, blues are far to loud, but to me, Linear's feel kind of awkward to type on, as their actuation point doesn't have a "feeling" if you know what I mean. Same, blues are also too stiff IMO.That's what's causes me to have a few more typos on them. Particularly when I'm typing fast or trying not to bottom out the keys. You get used to it, but I definitely notice my errors increase on the linear switches.
oh, i saw the picture before i read the comment and i thought it was a shoe lol, at least, until i saw the scroll wheelHad to go out and buy a new mouse even though I have one on order. I haven't the foggiest idea when it is coming.
My old mouse was working but had tracking issues. When I'd move it vertical it would sometimes zigzag. Sometimes like an inch or more. But slamming the mouse would fix it temporarily. Guess I slammed it once two many times.
Bought an Asus Gladius 2. Would have bought one last year. But I don't like any mouse shape except the Mionix Naos style.
Already swapped the switches out for some Kailhs.
