Well if they had a steel pole and stapped me down with like 100 leather straps I would go out there with my eyes shut tight and screaming like a little girl.
So ya I'd do just to show how tough/brave I am.

As if the LED lighting they added wasn't tacky enough. Now they add a ghastly "crown" to an otherwise great looking piece of architecture.

I wouldnt do it. Not because of the price, but because of redundancy. Judging from the pics, you have one thick straps holding you on.

Id rather jump off the plane with a parachute. At least i have a back up chute if the main one doesnt open.
 
So what's to stop people from dropping stuff from the top of the tower now other then just the law?

Ice falls off the tower all the time, its a risk all the time. I'm sure the jumpsuits given to the tourists would prevent them from carrying anything that could be dropped.

Its a 1.5m ledge, thats quite a large ledge, its basically a sidewalk's width, very hard to fall off that :P. its not like its a 6" ledge.
