Not exactly the same setup but I run a core i7 860 @ 4.0 GHz with HT on and 2 5850's running off a GTX480 rad / MCP655. Linx the cpu core hits 62 C and my 5850's never go over 34C GPU 36C vram and my rad is very dusty in the fin area too. I'll clean it this weekend and the temps will be...
thanks for the tip. I found the main ATX connector wasn't fully square so the top part was little loose and I was able to get it to boot finally at stock has been running so far fine for 4 hours at 2.4 GHz with 1.2875 volts, I hope that was the problem.
2 Days ago I started getting a blue screen about every half hour with uncorrectable hardware error running on Windows 7 build 7100.

I ended up testing my memory...
theres no temperature difference with them on or off. I put them on so not so much dust builds up on the rad and don't need to blow it out with air every month.
