Low image quality hard to tell for sure but I swear thats an windows XP badge. So budget dumpster-end might be more appropriate description at this point.
I think it would be Vista. Core 2 Duo came out in 2007.

C'mon, cut 'em some slack - after all, the computer comes packed with some extras...... in case you get hungry, there's apparently "barley" included, plus a parallel port, and not one, but TWO VGA ports!
I would call it "mid-century modern" instead, might get some more hits"mid-end" Core 2 Duo.
It doesn't seem like that long ago (but now I realize it's closer to 12 years ago) that I installed my first SATA SSD, and marvelled at the effect it had on my PC. It was a 60GB. Now SSD's are just something that accumulate in my basement as they get phased out through all my systems, lol. I have more use for HDD's, as they're generally much higher capacity and work well for media storage.
I probably have a few 120GB SSD's lying around. I should list them for $60, lol.
