4GB GPU? No way in hell. This system is 20+ years old. There sure wasn't an AGP GPU with 4GB. So he must mean ram.

You should send him a picture of your cable management I don't see a single cable tucked away.

And assuming it's an Athlon X2, I think those had PCIe... could be a x1 slot hiding above the PCI slots too.
