Eyefinity Clarification Thread Q&A

As long as the third one is DP you can do it. Passive VGA DP adapters do work - but it's hit and miss. Same with active DVI ones...bit of a risk.
 
Bought the startech mini display port to vga adapter (mdp2vga). I'll let you know if it works, for those of you have have the new 6870 cards and vga/d-sub monitors. Ugh, ship-out in 4 to 8 business days, NCIX.

*EDIT*: So, I realized one of my monitors has dual-input, i.e. VGA/D-Sub & DVI. The final working setup - Giga 6870, an Accell mini-displayport to dvi adapter, 1 dvi monitor, 1 vga monitor using a dvi adapter, 1 dvi&vga capable monitor which is using the dvi option.
