It's a pretty easy fix to bypass that requirement for Win11 regardless
It becomes an issue with future upgrades to the OS. When you have to go for the newer *H* releases.

I would say this is not a good idea. Also if you want to use Bitlocker this can be problematic as well.

I think the loss of Bitlocker and Hello are the two biggest drawbacks, certainly. I haven't had any issues with updates on any devices I've done this for, although I suppose it's possible in the future.

You will have difficulties doing major upgrades via Microsoft windows update process, for example you won't be able to go from 23H2 to 24H2 if your CPU is not on the official support list (without further "hacks" to the installer).
