Any thoughts on McDavid NOT coming out to accept the Conn Smythe? My wife's 1st thought - "it's cuz he's a whiner!". I realize it's opposition ice, but not coming out seemed a bit tacky..... :unsure:

I've always thought it was odd when they picked a guy from the losing team, but that said he probably had the best playoffs of all the players so he deserved the trophy. Honestly, I understand why he didn't come out, but I think he should have. It is more of an honour to be chosen when your team loses.
