Howdy everyone! Been about ten years since I've posted or built a computer. Here's my new purchased parts list. Let me know what y'all think.

Agree with the other comments. There is a difference in price for 9800X3D vs a 7800X3D… in the $100-200 range. Worth it though if you can squeeze it into the budget. But 7800X3D is still great if not.

You could save a bit of money going with CL30 RAM rather than CL28, and you wouldn’t notice a performance difference outside of benchmarks I’d say. Not huge savings but some.

Btw, I never paid a cent for Windows over the first 20+ years that I used it. Always found a workaround it seems. I've bought Win 7, 10 & now 11, plus I wrote off the first 2.

ahhh! if you're in the US of A, then the B&S here won't do you much good as 99.9% of us are north of the 49th and shipping across that line is atrocious!

Well these past few weeks it's been cooler & wetter than normal, about 85-95 F. We don't usually get this much rain into June. My water bill is loving it however! Usually full-on hot & muggy by now.
