We have not made the passkey public (and as far as I know other teams did not either) to help prevent other teams from messing up the 80% requirement of successful WUs to get bonus points. (just in case someone from another team decided to intentionally mess up WUs...)
 
like I said, OCN made theirs public, I don't know if this is a low blow or what, you captains decide

Humm...well, OCN is a much larger team than us so it would be harder for them to have their bonus messed up if some shannagans were to happen.

I am open to having the passkey freely open (would certainly make my life easier) but as a small team, all it would take is for a few folks from other teams to decide to mess up some WUs on our passkey, which would void our bonus.

We had our's public last year too - I think the large amount of people using it correctly would offset the one or two people who might wanna mess with it. I think OCF made their one public too.

Always good to have a backup too though. ;)
