HWC Folding@Home Project PPD Database

That is ridiculous. I was thinking about doing an SR-X this spring. Mostly because I already have an HTPX case. But 486,000 PPD on a single rig is just insane. Would likely not be any more expensive than an SR-X rig. But then I'd need to figure out a case situation.
And it's not a 6904... and 500$ per chip was hard to pass on.

An SR-X at 4GHz on 16 cores should be able to match a 48 core AMD system at 2.2GHz like this. It all depends on what overclockability is offered.

But at what price? The cheapest E5 8-core is $1100 and this is for a 2GHz CPU. Now if it can do a 100% overclock it might be a decent option. But I'll believe it when I see it.

Is there a Google doc where all this info is aggregated? It could make it easier to search and compare.
