This is all I can find so far:

SWTX (Server Workstation Technology eXtended) (SuperMicro) = 13" x 16.48" (330mm x 418mm)

and:

SSI MEB SSI MEB is known as a proprietary Serverworks SWTX form-factor (16.4" x 13") and Tyan SSI/Extended ATX form-factor(16.2" x 13") , this form-factor is for Quad-CPU solutions. Howver the standard is (16"x 13") . Special cases are required for these boards. Dimensions
  • 16"x 13"
  • 406.4mm x 330mm

I'm looking more for the screw placements if at all possible.

Missing hole is equidistant between the yellow and green dots on the right side, by the way.
 
I'll have my case later on tonight, and I'll post a CAD drawing with holes lay-out tomorrow. I know most holes are common with the ATX factor, so that's a start.
