NZXT Gaming PC Rental Scam

Anyway, there are other people making cases similar to NZXT. HWC reviewed the APNX V1 which looked like the NZXT H6. All their other cases are just a box with front intake or glass, I mean how hard would it be to copy? The key diff factor is the details in the little things like cable routing, assembly, and actual airflow design.

Too bad it's not available in Canada anywhere that I can see.

I am curious who covers the shipping back when you had enough of being raked over the coals.
Has to be the shipper. There's no way I could see NZXT committing to return shipping (especially when they're selling a $35USD shipping kit on their website here).

Plus they'd have no control over people moving. Imagine someone moves to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico from Michigan. They'd be eating a substantial shipping loss compared to having prepaid shipping from the continental US

GN is reporting multiple law firms are looking into starting a class action suit against NZXT. Video link starts at that segment.

I wonder how much of it's the usual legal 'case chasing' versus how much there's an actual case against NZXT, unless they rented out way more PCs than I suspect, it'd be hard to build a large amount of damages in the case, and even if they were hoping NZXT would settle, it can't be that big of a settlement I assume. Maybe it being a nation-wide program they can cherry pick the state they issue the suit in and that will make a large difference, but I'm not US legal-savvy enough to know.
