Had a chance to stop in and visit the Vancouver aquarium. Always a good time.

The one time I tried to stop during a work trip to Vancouver it must have been 'school trip day' as there was at least 200 elementary kids and a handful of teachers there. I lasted about 20 minutes before the little bastards made the whole thing unbearable

I don't mind kids in small groups, like most of my friend's kids, but man some of the kids at the aquarium were wild. I feel bad for elementary teachers.

we've got this handsome feller bedded down in the back yard. it's a blistery morning with crazy wind gusts and pelting rain. he's fine and dandy despite that.

Rack looks the same as well. I'd say you're correct.

So many crows though... Carrion eaters... Agents of the Dark One. Reporting back to a Myrddraal, no doubt.

my wife has a conspiracy of up to around 60 birds that come to her in fall / winter / spring. in the summer, they all bugger off and she's left feeding only a couple of breeding pair that own the territory around where we live.

I really need to get a couple cameras for the bins outside as we get so many birds...ravens...crows...stellar jays...finches...sparrows and even Asian ring necked doves. it's awesome!
