Yeah, c ur chiro again. Check with ur doctor about Penn Said. It's a topical pain relief that I use to break my "pain cycle".
It does occasionally help with my headaches as well. Get some gel packs if u don't have any. I have a few but find the large 1, maybe 16x20, works best.Put it in a towel on the lower back for 15-20 mins MAX then do it again every
half hr or so when real sore. I lie on mine for 15-20 at a time to help settle spasms.
I haven't been able to work in over 10 yrs now and find on occasion for me, even half a perc will help most times when nothing else works.
U probably know or have figured out most things to do anyway, but keep stretching, but not to pain. Recently I've been trying a shower, using a hot stream around my back and neck and stretching a bit after the muscles warm up to
avoid pulling 1. It has helped with my migraines on occasion.
So many different things to try sometimes, but do what works best for u.If u want any suggestions let me know. Check with ur doctor b4 hand just in case.
I've tried everything from epidural to botox and everything in between. Some meds I took were useless, afraid to drive, no memory, couldn't function,....
