Rants etc.....

THAT is a HUGE plus in my book. Government doesn't earn a penny of what they steal in "duty". It's not sold in canada, It's not anything they've done ANYTHING to warrant the stolen money. Hence the US address.

Lesson learned I guess, Might as well order another Impact Block to my US address since they're not planning to give me my gear this time around.

CBSA can hold any package for 15 business days before they have to justify holding the package. I know this because I am dealing with CBSA on some shipments that have been held for weeks, as well as a couple laptops that were badly damaged while in there possession, not during shipping. The damage sustained by the units would have destroyed the cardboard boxes they were in. No damage to the boxes or packing, just the laptops. The boxes were resealed with the "CBSA Has Opened This Package" tape. This was on top of them holding each shipment for over 2 weeks.

Yea good luck on any compensation for that. I'm expecting my shipment to not be returnable now thanks to their tampering in stuff that has absolutely nothing to do with them. Guaranteed since they're the almighty government that has limitless stolen money and the power of Public Apathy behind them that they don't care nor even try to be civil about these situations. Thats why I figure I should just order another one. Wish Daz could have had them.

The fact that the only way to really contact them even about this stuff is to frigging snail mail them. Obviously their tech department is as foolish as the rest of their employees.

Yes, I have mailed a description of the damages, with pictures, to the Casual Refund Center by snail mail. Original contact was by phone and follow up correspondence is by email.

You want to change the way things are? Talk to your MP, start a petition, talk to the press, vote in elections. The problem is that most people bitch about the gov but don't do anything about it. Canadians seem to be one of the most apathetic groups in the world. Quick to complain but can't be bothered to change the way things are. A great eligible voter turnout for a Fed election barely breaks 60%! PFFF.

End of rant.

watching a ouple of tv eps that are on my PC that is hoked up to my LCD tv and noticed blue colours around the eyes ( of characters) or when there are scenes with flashing lights in the back ground, I am not sure what that is all about but nowI see it in almost every YV episode that Ihave watched that is on my PC I am hoping it is just because of the lower qulity and not a problem with my LCD TV.

Now for my Rant I have been getting migrains nunbness and loss off feeling in my arms, upset stomach lower back problems muscle spasms in lower back, that is just to name afew problems this has been the main reason why I cannot work. the cause of this was from a work realated injury way back in 1978 where I was pouring 50Kg bags of powdered borrax ( or something like that) into a hopper all day bending down twisting at the time I thought that this bags felt eavy for 50 lbs ( I thought that they wee lbs and not Kgs) anyway I blew out my back right in between my shoulder blades , this made my upper back completely straight instead of the natural curve, now because of this straight ness it cause all of my lower back problems.

today I go see my doctor and what I thought was carpal tunnel is actualy this old injury catching up to me . basically I am screwed grr .
I was told this will happen to me back in the 1990s from my chiropracter after he looked at my xrays.
I hate getting old.

Off Topic

Yeah, c ur chiro again. Check with ur doctor about Penn Said. It's a topical pain relief that I use to break my "pain cycle".

It does occasionally help with my headaches as well. Get some gel packs if u don't have any. I have a few but find the large 1, maybe 16x20, works best.Put it in a towel on the lower back for 15-20 mins MAX then do it again every

half hr or so when real sore. I lie on mine for 15-20 at a time to help settle spasms.

I haven't been able to work in over 10 yrs now and find on occasion for me, even half a perc will help most times when nothing else works.

U probably know or have figured out most things to do anyway, but keep stretching, but not to pain. Recently I've been trying a shower, using a hot stream around my back and neck and stretching a bit after the muscles warm up to

avoid pulling 1. It has helped with my migraines on occasion.

So many different things to try sometimes, but do what works best for u.If u want any suggestions let me know. Check with ur doctor b4 hand just in case.

I've tried everything from epidural to botox and everything in between. Some meds I took were useless, afraid to drive, no memory, couldn't function,....

Load up the Traverse at work, do my normal walk around, front right tire is completely flat. I had never installed a tire in my life.

On the plus side, I know how to change tires now :thumb:
