Rants etc.....

Sharing folders and files across windows 10 on home private network I have no problems doing it between my Libreelec but windows 10 ugg spent a few hours and it is still asking for creds
another issue I am having is mouse without boarders keeps telling me my keys are different even though everything is exactly the same first itr said to make sure I was on the same network which i was so I manually put into the pc names and ips now its saying keys are not the same even though I typed them in exactly

WhatsApp is still around. Seems like it hit its peak a few years ago and I doubt it's gained much market share since.

On that topic, is there a half-decent system that works well between iMessage and an Android text system. We have some group chats for work and everything gets so compressed via text for those of us that don't want to jump on the iphone bandwagon.

No, all parties would need to be using the same app. Android/Google is pushing for RCS (which is the Chat mode in Messages on Android) but I don't believe Apple has shown any indication that they'll support it. RCS is technically the "standard" to replace SMS/MMS though.

Really, you'll just end up installing all the apps cause some people on one and not the other :rolleyes:

That's what I figured, I assumed it was too good to be true that things have changed in the last couple years.
 
Putting August on my do-not-buy list for Canadian's... how can they justify $25USD to ship 4 plastic gears... even charging $10USD for them is a bit crazy. Their support was absolutely unwilling to assist, should have been able to send it to me in an envelope with a stamp...
