Recommended backlit keyboards?

I am using a merc stealth which is perfect if you're just gaming- If you plan on typing on it, the the fact that the Del, PgUp, PgDn keys are on the number pad and numlock needs to be off in order to use them can be very annoying, and the narrower keyset takes getting used to. If I had tried thid board before I ordered it, I would have opted for a different board because I do alot of typing- if I had the space, I'd have a separate keyboard here for typing. Just a heads up in case you're considering it.

i like my 2nd gen g15. the keys have a softer, muted feel to them. like driving a car with a nice clutch

the screen is kinda neat/useless to me

60 bucks is a decent price for it. that's how much mine was

Saitek Eclipse 2. I have a Logitech G15 2nd gen but the lighting is not as good. can't speak for the performance yet as I have not had it very long. (I miss my Timberwolf gaming keyboard, gave it to my son)

Microsoft Sidewinder X6, hands down the best keyboard I have ever used, and ive used pretty much all of them, although the deck legend is new to me :p the screen on the G15 is useless to me and the build quality just isnt on the same level as the x6.

G15 all the way. Love the screen, you guys who say it's useless just aren't using it. I have my cpu and mem usage, voltages, temps, gpu speed and temps/voltages. FPS. Nice to monitor while gaming. I display as much HUD info as I can too and clean up the screen while gaming. Love the left hand macro keys too. I have a million uses for them. passwords to sites where I don't care about sercurity, my name and adress and email etc..
