Bitfenix cases seem to be pretty budget minded :

My last case was a fractal design which are pretty amazing if you are trying to build a silent case. Before that I had a CM Haf 932 but that is to much 'bling' for me now.

As for windows, while looking cool they always cost more and will not block out noise as well as a flat side panel would so you have to figure out if you want better silence or better aesthetics I guess.

where does one get magnetic fan filters in the GVR? too many of these cases don't have fan filters

if I only installed a bottom mounted intake fan and a rear-mounted outtake fan, would that be bad? would an open-air GPU 'use up' all of the air*?

*as it, it heats up the air before it reaches the CPU

honestly not sure.

i'm guessing it just means any case with PCI slots and enough length to support a mid range graphics card.

eg, even though my SG07 is freaking tiny, it still counts as a gaming case imo
