Samsung SSD warranty and Bestdirect.ca not being an authorized dealer (lolwut)

They sent me a UPS label meant for US shipping with their RMA address for both sender and receiver (I later found out their system won't let them put a Canadian address, so the rep just put their own). I still dropped the SSD off with this weird label and UPS got confused and lost it. They issued a claim to Samsung and now Samsung wants me to confirm my mailing address and upload a proof of purchase, BUT the form won't let me choose a Canadian address.

This has been going for months.
