The "What book are you reading" Thread

I wasn't sure if this should go in "what are you reading" or "what are you watching"

I recently finished the three original Foundation Series books:
- Foundation
- Foundation and Empire
- Second Foundation

First reading for me. I thought I'd stop after the first one, but it did pull me in and I kept going.

Now about Foundation on AppleTV... I only got to I think 3/4 through season 2, and maybe I'm forgetting, but it seems to show very little similarity to the books. Am I seeing that correctly or just remembering the show wrong?

Finally reading (as well as audio booking) the Expanse. I am reading it on my new Kobo while also doing the audiobook at a much slower pace with the wife (we're only on book 3) when we do things like build Lego.

I am listening to the audiobook for book 4, Cibola Burn, right now. I really love Corey's writing. Really enjoyed them all so far, and this one particularly.

The basics are there, but they do stray away from many of the main story lines/points. It's more of a "based on the world of foundation" than a truly accurate reflection of the original series.

Foundation series remains one of my all time favorites and I revisit the books every few years.
