Yeah we def need a bounce back after that sad display last game. I feel bad for Scrivens, it totally wasnt his fault but now he will probably never get another start. In Toronto the goalie is always the scapegoat.
That Bruins game was awesome! Leafs are brought down to earth and fans see that the team is overrated. They won't make the playoffs. :biggrin:Yeah we def need a bounce back after that sad display last game. Really? Look no different to me than most years. Can't play D to save their lives.... beat weak teams but still need their goalie to bail them out.... have one or two good forwards but that's about it what you get with that organization. Same thing almost every year.Every team has an off-night, never seen one go 82-0. What the Leafs has now is still way better than what they had in the previous 5 years, they are far more entertaining to watch now.
Getting dominated in most of the game translates to a 'nice win?' I know Leaf fans are delusional but is there such a thing as Leaf-olics Anonymous?Nice win today, was good to see goaltending win a game for once. Otherwise it would have been a blowout
So, if they only occasionally have wins and it's only because of the goalie, it doesn't matter? Ok.A win is a win whether the goalie wins the game or it is won from a bunch of goals. You arent converting anyone here to Leafs haters so give it a rest
