Same boat. I've found that since windows 7, I've really not felt the need to tinker with windows much anymore. W11 isn't all that different from Windows 10 IMO.Guilty, laptop and desktop. No issues but I don't consider myself a power user.

I havent even installed the reg hack since my latest install. It's annoying clicking th show more options but I'm getting used to it.I use it but I revert back to Win 10 style context menu on right clicks.
Maybe you already know and don't do it, but if you Shift + Right click you go directly to the Win10 right click menu, or what you get when you click Show More Options in the new Win11 right click menu.I havent even installed the reg hack since my latest install. No comments when I posted this originally, but thought I'd try once more. Anyone else seeing this behaviour or am I "special" yet again?Upgrade went fine. My complaint is that when I boot, and after all the normal stuff loads, I still have some slow startup for things like Office applications, File Explorer, even opening a browser and loading a page. But after the first time is complete, then things seem normal until reboot. Anyone else experiencing that strange lag behaviour?

The latter, not startup apps. Are you saying that they're part of the startup process (those can be removed from startup in task manager) or that these particular apps just seem to take quite a while to open?
