It's an insane race and competition to an unknown finish line. Now some of the developers claiming they need nuclear power plants because of the increase in power consumption... Right now, AI isn't the problem, it's the people developing and using it. We keep hearing claims of how useful it's going to be, meanwhile tech companies are using it to displace workers, insert AI into just about all software while nefarious people & groups using it to exploit.
