Cinebench R23 & 2024

I just edited the R23 thread to include a section for 2024 I had started and copied over Dwayne's and freeagent's scores. lowfat's is incomplete so I only copied over the GPU score.

Freeagents R23 vs 2024 score looks like we can expect multiscore scores to drop by ~15x and single core scores to drop by ~16x. More comparible posts maybe we can come up with more accurate estimations.

7900XTX vs 4080 are pretty comparible in gaming however Dwayne's 7900XTX scored measureablly lower than even the 4070ti in 2024. It might heavily favour raytracing optimizations.

One step further and merged the two threads.

edit: And holy crap is that ever a huge zip file. Just unzipping it is a workout.... :)

That's Stock XMP settings paired with the curve settings that Ryzen Master spit out punched into bios without any other adjustments.

As far as the GPU scores go... it would appear that MAXON's rendering software much prefers CUDA over AMD's system.

edit: Here's a run with XMP + default (auto PBO on a MSI board) settings:

Not really much of a difference. (Updated the original pic with a run done without onedrive trying to sync the cinebench files in the background... :))

I need to do one. You and I have very similar systems. Be interesting to see what I need to do to tweak mine.

I will jump on the 2024 bandwagon as well. Single run for each, so I am not sure if I will get better or worse with reattempts.

Once again I will see how my single core score can hold up on the chart, since I know the multicore is going to be down (by virtue of only having 6), and the GPU....I would really rather nobody pay much attention to that :ROFLMAO:

System is as I am running it. Some curve optimizations in for some extra freq (no temp throttle), and ram is 6000 with buildzoid optimized secondary timings (if its like R23 though the ram tweaks do nothing for score).

Decided to give the "Pro" package of AMD drivers a shot to see if they make any difference in rendering scores.... nope!!!
