Front bumper repair estimate?

had an accidend in november 2010, a Sentra got in our bumper at red light, downhill and icy, we (Ford Escape) just had a bumper crack barely visible while the Sentra left on tow truck. Changing the bumper was 1100$ mostly covered by insurance, we just had to pay 60$ and later covered by insurance too. But I don't know if the rules are the same in Qc as On. Sorry to hear that captain. Seems however you solved the wiring issue in the house?

Humm...a friend of a colleague of mine says he can do aftermarket bumper for $500 tax in. My colleague showed me the work he did on his bumper using the same supplier and looks great. He has referred several of his family and friends to this guy so hopefully it works out.

Be aware of non-OEM body parts. My car got re-ended 2 weeks back and ICBC (government run insurance in BC) want non-OEM but the shop told me it just won't fit.

i say you can get it fixed for around 300-500$

just get it repaired with some fiberglass

material costs would go around 100$
max 3 hours of labour
just remember insurance estimate costs=50% cash:whistle:

if you were in montreal i'd hook you up :thumb:

If only it were that simple dude... Most bumpers are more plastic than fiberglass. Having tried this in the past.

metal or the actual tire? if its the tire you should take it to the tire shop that sounds like a defect.

if its metal you could try the plunger trick but do it in a heated environment

It's the metal above the tire, the tire itself is completely fine.
