For the people googling how to install a Barrow BS-EV3090F-PA for a EVGA RTX 3080 / 3090 FTW3. As no instructions can be found anywhere as far as i can tell. Here are some pointers. These are what worked for me. I have no idea if this is the correct way or not.
Install the black washers on top of all standoffs that screw in to acrylic. They snap in place. Then you use double clear washers on everyone as well. Align them as best as possible.

On the active backplate I'd suggest removing the two standoffs at the front of the card where the ports are. They are useless as nothing screws in to them. They provide no support and prevent you from installing 2 screws on the main block.

Then you can screw in the 4 GPU screws + these 2. Then another 2 screws to the top and bottom of the GPU die. These are done before installing the backplate.

For thermal pads on the block, install like the one pic shown on the Aliexpress page for the block. I used Arctic 1.5mm ones instead for the memory. This is what I found works for the backplate. The fat white ones that come w/ the backplate for the mem and the back of the GPU die. Then I used the 1.5mm ones that came w/ the block for additional VRM cooling. 3 stacked + another 1mm pad. The 1mm may not be required.

There are 2 holes on the backplate that don't have standoffs. As that side of the block doesn't have support to give pressure to the backplate, I'd suggest installing a black washer + a clear washer that comes w/ the backplate between the backplate and the card. Then screwing through the backplate. For the 1 that screws through the PCI slot cover, don't use the clear washer.
You'll need to remove the barrow logo on the existing bridge to remove the 3rd screw.

The rest is straight forward, just aligning all those clear washers may be difficult.

In the case w/ 3070 block. They definitely don't come anywhere close to aligning. So I'll need to order more fittings.
