In all honesty.... if you can fit an aftermarket cooler into your budget (the 212+ would be my suggestion as well), I'd strongly recommend it.
Could be I got a couple of chips from a hot batch, but the stock cooler doesn't do a very good job (in spite of looking fairly beefy) even at stock settings. It keeps the chip under suggested max temps under load, but only barely.
