NCIX Return Policy

I highly recommend the Asus UL30/UL80 'VT' series if you want good battery life. I'm getting 10 hours on mine in 'saver' mode with WIFI on and running MS office. 6 hours in entertainment mode (3-4 DVD's!), and about 3 hours gaming (!!:shok:!!). The UL30 is 13.3" no DVD burner, the UL80 is 14" with a burner. Both run the same price, give or take, about $750-800 bucks. I'm removing my burner and drive caddying it for a 2nd 640gig hard disk, and SSD boot.:thumb:

Love this puppy.
Well I don't need that kinda battery life. I'm still going to bring the plug and plug it in whenever I can so a laptop lasting upwards of 3 hours is good enough for me. The bright side of having such 10 hour battery life would be so that I don't have to bring the plug to school LOL

I'll keep you guys posted on what happens if I decide to return it. Maybe I'll return the Antec Sonata III as well... Man someone's gonna get pissed >.>

That's what I'm confused about. It's still brand new and sealed. Plus there's the exclusion in the policy, blah blah. So confusing!

You shouldn't have any trouble returning if it's unopened, the restocking fee is so they can sell "open box" items at a lesser than retail price, you'll be fine :thumb:

I sent an open Haupage HD PVR back to Ncix a while back. I explained why I didn't want the product and they took it back with no extra fees.

Tell them why you are not satisfied with the product and complain that the battery life is not as good as the advertising lead you to believe.

Why don't you sell the Antec Sonata III? You could easily get $100-120 for it since it is unopened...

Haha and sell the MSI laptop too. Some guy's selling a ASUS G73 that he got from NCIX for $1700. Assuming he gets what he wants, minimum $500 profit.

Well box isn't open so that wouldn't work much. But yea, they should take the laptop back no questions asked.
