Ncix's lack of stock on WC gear.

I can't say for sure but I was under the impression that Linus was their main WC contact. Maybe with him gone they don't have the expertise (or possibly will) to keep their stock up.

There's always Dazmode.... ;)
 
Very small market for custom water cooling these days unfortunately. If NCIX is getting out of it, I would completely understand.

True I just wish Dazmode had better shipping rates

aswell as a bit more selection then just EKWB and Aquacomputer and to a lesser extent bitspower.

the shipping rates kind kill it for me on them tho I could handle doing full EKWB to be honest even though they can be a bit expensive and Aquacomputer even more so.

but the 40ish $ i pay for shipping each time on basically anything is a killer.
 
Water cooling is an expensive hobby for Canadians. Most of the time I buy from FrozenCPU since what I want is generally just not available up here.
 
NCIX hasn't really been in the water cooling industry for quite some time. Linus was the big advocator for it for a very long time and did well. Then when all the AIO units started coming to the surface water cooling really took a bigger dive as AIO were plenty for most people for basic needs.

Its a super huge niche market with very little profit to be made and things are priced very high. People like Daz have made themselves a niche in the market and have done well but unfortunately this is Canada so prices will obvioulsy be higher than if you ordered through the states.
 
Shipping is always a sore point, especially across the country, but I refuse to subsidise that cost and rather miss my sale, than work for nothing or below minimum wage.
