Maybe it will offer 100sqft at an "affordable" price

I'm still inclined to say offices will downsize and less will exist. Perhaps some will open smaller locations closer to where their employees live and have more satellite offices setup as shared workspaces. I think there was generally a lot of people that worked in Toronto, but lived far away, wasting somewhere around 90min each way in commuting, who really wants to go back to wasting 10-15hr/week?
