unfortunately the neighbors dogs probably need to be put down and it isn't the dogs fault its the neighbors fault for not training there dogs properly

If it’s anything like my recent encounter with my neighbours dog the city won’t do anything.

My son was bitten. I had photographic proof. They didn’t even visit to assess the dog. They just called them. Complete waste of time even reporting it.

report it to the SPCA , Humane Society or other animal safety organizations...except PETA, they're full on hypocritical lunatics

yes report to SPCA the huge thing is if say there were people around or children around and the dogs attack the other dog they probably would have been bitten also so its allot to do with the very high possibility that it will happen again and a person may be bitten . I love dogs but its the people that own them that is usually the issue and need to be watching them closer.
but also breeds of dogs like Pitbulls can be bad because they are actually breed to be fighting dogs so they can get very excited quickly and like a shark put up blinders and just start chomping, but I knew allot of people that have some type of pitbulls, Staffordshire terrier and they were very good with people families but some did occasionally have issues with neighbors dogs years ago there were issues with Doberman pinscher mix with German Shepard's that some of them would just attack anything, anyone out of the blue, they discovered that in allot of that mix dogs that there was part of the skulls bone that would grow into a part of the brain that made them that way

that is usually the first step. going to the organizations mentioned if there is no action by the city. they are obviously not in compliance with their bylaws.

you could also try small claims court....and embarrass everyone while getting that animal dealt with safely.

Certainly you are aware there is a pandemic which is why they were not doing home visits. They were following whatever their current mandate is. As much as I didn’t like it I’m powerless at that point. Plus they considered it minor because even though he was scratched and bruised pretty good the skin wasn’t broken.

Regardless the owners of the dog were pissed off enough by me that they moved a month ago. When they came back for some mail they said their dog hasn’t displayed the aggressiveness anymore and hinted at the dogs problems being brought on by us. Lol. Idiots.

Ya, it's kinda BSamaon doesn't check their returns. cause now your stuck dealing with this mess which hopefully they don't give you any problems over.

Side note that I thought was a little crazy the wife bought a new phone Umidigi A11 pro 8/128 g80 soc $400 so pretty decent phone in all, the design is like the iPhone 4 which also means it can bend slightly from the glass cooling faster/slower when putting the things together on one side and sure enough the first one she got had a slight bend in it. So after talking to amazon and letting them know we just want a refund to order another unit they came back and said we can keep the first one and do whatever we want with it.... Ummm ok on a $400 phone we asked them again to be sure and they said yes keep/recycle/give away up to us since the Umidigi seller said it was ok cause we wanted to order another unit. WTF so I have the new phone I wanted too and I got it for free with a slight bend in it, but my Umidigi that I was able to flash is only 7-8 months old lol
( ps I was the only one in my house to see it till I lined it up on plate of my glass desk, so you can't really see it)

They gave me a refund already actually, but they still want both sets back. Unfortunately they're using some new(?) Purolator Package-Free return system whereby they only send you a QR code and you have to go to select locations... not exactly convenient. Hopefully these Purolator stores aren't too busy with it being nearly the holiday season now...
