I was going to attempt to make a joke about Jar Jar Binks being peak SW content but then realized EP1-3 are all older than 20 years now...There are only 7 movies.
Andor and Rogue One are by far the best SW media in the last 20 years.

Malcolm in the middle: lifes still unfair. I wasnt expecting much from this, but it still fell short
We did finish Star Trek Starfleet Academy a few weeks ago and forgot to report about it.
As everybody said, it was boring. Only 2 or 3 episodes were ok, the rest was teen drama.
Story is meeehhh and we had a hard time finding interest in the crew.
We are now watching :
Chuck (2007), an action comedy about a geek who got all government secrets in his head (like a human computer) and then becoming the target of all evil.
Story is simple, straigth to the point, lot of funny moment, goog action scenes for a tv series, and a lot of tropes (well placed). We have a lot of fun every episode.
Silo, a scifi post apocalyptic about 10 000 peoples living in a underground silo. They lost all knowledge about why the world is as it is.
Conspiracy, big brother monitoring, rebellion. Very good story, and I must stop myself not watching it in one sitting.

Silo is good. I believe next season will be the last IIRC.

Watched The Boys series finale last night and Outlander series finale last week. The Boys had a pretty weak season. Ending was so predictable. But still overall good finale. Outlander IMO was pretty consistently good the last 5 or so seasons.

I loved Chuck, going to have to watch it again.
Silo is on my want to watch list.
I'm a trekkie, but for some reason I had 0 interest in Starfleet Academy. Kind of glad, because most of what I've read about it is pretty much what you said.
The next/last season of Silo is definitely on our watch list.
