Whats your latest purchase?

Synology RS1221+
4 x Seagate 22TB external hard drives
Synology E10G18-T1

This will replace my aging RS819 (I'll move the 4 x 20TB to the 1221+ after I lifeboat the data)

Also the Synology 10g adapter for my DS923... actually, I may just use the new 1221 to combine the data on this from the 923 and the 819. Keep the 923 w 4x14tb as a spare or something. Cleans things up a bit and everything is in the rack.

Sweet... I didn't know Synology has combo 10g nic and nvme card. Was able to cancel the 10g card for the new nas and order a Synology E10M20-T1

does it only work with synology approved drives too :)

Bifurcation cards are becoming more common but the device has to actually support it.

Some more Ubiquiti stuff. Not 100% sure if I'm gonna keep going with my ai project or not, if not I'll sell 1 4000 ada, If I do, I still want 10g on this computer and won't have any pci slots free:

UACC-Adapter-RJ45-USBC-10GE
USW-Pro-8-PoE (120W)
UACC-CM-RJ45-MG

ah crap... My board doesn't have a thunderbolt/usb4. Has a header for thunderbolt/usb4, but would still need a pci slot...

10" Lodge Cast Iron Pan. My existing cast iron is a POS and isn't flat. I've tried grinding it and I've just made it worse. I just can't get it flat so I'm giving up. I will be sanding the inside flat when I get it.
