I have always ran negative pressure "design's" and in MY scenarios they always performed better than the same build using positive pressure. A google search reveal's mixed feeling's about which is best but i know what has worked better for me in my build's. The choice is your's and it isn't hard...

Yes it's a V2 but i think they use they same component's, just different placement compared to stock? With the sink's i used for the RAM/mosfet's it doesn't really matter as you can place them as needed :bananafunky:

Pretty sure what you are seeing are your 2d clock's as mine are the same. Run a 3d app like Furmark while CCC is open and you should see your clock's & GPU usage bump up :thumb:
