    I have always ran negative pressure "design's" and in MY scenarios they always performed better than the same build using positive pressure. A google search reveal's mixed feeling's about which is best but i know what has worked better for me in my build's. The choice is your's and it isn't hard...

    Pretty sure what you are seeing are your 2d clock's as mine are the same. Run a 3d app like Furmark while CCC is open and you should see your clock's & GPU usage bump up :thumb:

    Sorry to bring up an old thread but sound's like you got a bad stick of RAM there, i woiuld contact Mushkin and set up RMA. I also have a p5q DLX and i run OCZ reaper's 1066 4gk no trouble's :ph34r:
