That one does look like it is 60 Hz if that matters to you.
Tbh the sim PC will only have a 3700x and an RTX 3070, so I don't think it would push 120hz+ very nicely anyways. Smooth 4k + HDR for sims should be good, I think.
Why? Wouldn't it take a monster pc to do 120hz @ 4k smoothly? Not in my budget
Even without the monster PC the feeling is it is nicer to have the extra headroom. But there are still many folks happily gaming on 60 Hz displays.

For what I use my 4K 144Hz monitor for, it's definitely awesome. Even just from a pure desktop environment perspective, it just makes things feel that much smoother!
