I actually have power to GPU & fans are turning. So are case fans but ARGB of case fans & AIO are not synced. Will daisychain ARGB properly, Duh. No boot yet but going to swap keyboards between computers.

ya my first AMD build with 7800x3d and 32gb ram I was so pissed I put it all together had same issues as you so I first thought motherboard so I ordered a new one sent it the first one back ,then I thought that it was ram, then the CPU ...after a few days of this getting the new parts and installing uninstalling I heard about the learning thing and well I felt very annoyed and kind of silly for not first doing m,y research and jumping to conclusions of parts failure , once the ram thing finished and while stress testing the system I looked up how to set the ram speed to the actual speed and not the factory motherboard ram speed then I also learned how to turn off the ram relearn on every boot up .
Glad to hear its moving forward. DDR5 memory training timelines are very awkward for anyone that isn't aware of it...sitting...waiting....nothing, but its ok, just give it some time.
Currently updating ASUS drivers. My Ram speed is showing 4800 in Bios.
You'll want to enable the EXPO profile to get it up to spec which I believe is an option under "AI Overclock Tuner"
Exactly as JD said. RAM will default to JEDEC standard speeds. You will have to enable EXPO or XMP for it to run at its rated speeds/timings.
It could also be called DOCP on some Asus motherboards. Just to add to the confusion lol

On my ASUS 870e board there was a setting above EXPO (I believe it was something as simple as EXPO"+") which seemed to make a significant difference to my cinebench score.
