Yeah, I heard about this after. It seems the whole tech sector is coming down a bit. I didn't realize Nvidia had doubled its value in a year, or something like that.

One of the antenna connectors on my new wifi 7 laptop card pulled off of the card during installation. No way I put any kind of improper pressure on it to cause that so I'm assuming a poor/cold solder joint.

Lot's of cursing on my end as I thought it was going to be damn near impossible to get the broken piece out of the laptop lead, but it was relatively easy to remove once I got it under the magnifying lens/light.

On the plus side..... Amazon order so the return was/is relatively painless, however I wish there was an option to re-order during the return process for broken items.

Waiting for both a pickup (return) and a delivery from Dragonfly. They've already blown past (by an hour) their "your delivery/pu will be carried out some time over the next 3 hours" email(s), and now the online tracking has delivery by 9PM and the Pickup by 10PM?

Dragonfly is a relatively new "last mile" delivery service here in Moncton and my first experience with them has not been a positive one. :(

They use to be called Intelcom. They've been around here for at least 5 years I'd say.

Yeah, it looked like they were doing all of the same routes that Intelcom used to do, but I wasn't sure if it was a rebrand, or if Dragonfly muscled in on the territory with better pricing.

The vans have all been rebranded for sure.

Just a rebranding. When they sent out the tracking emails it did mention for a while they were changing names.
 
Someone on FB was giving away a Dyson PH03 humidifier / purifier as it had some error they couldn't clear. I might as well give it a shot on fixing it. It is a $1200 unit. Has a tank missing error. Open it up and no joke their is a piece of duct tape covering up the pump cover to seal it. And they all come this way. :ROFLMAO:

And to top it off, they recommend shaking it during the cleaning cycle, which is likely how water got inside.

They do sell replacements for sub $60. But OOS. Probably because they are all dying as I've seen so many threads on reddit while searching. Hmm, $60 on Dyson Canada, but $130USD on american site. And $220CAD on aliexpress.
 
I had a contact at Raijintek... was hoping to work together to design the "ultimate" sandwich case. That contact burned me suddenly, guess they wanted more ccredit.

I've got a design that detailed at 2,500 words and counting... and no idea which way to turn.

I wanted to go with Raijintek because I like what they do with a lot of their cases, but haven't been able to find a new contact with them.

So, unless I find a different manufacturer, I don't have many options: 3D print my own case design, or maybe go with an expensive custom like Protocase. What do you guys think?
