Is this a VRAM related change? Just curious. Your 3080 is 10 GB though right, not 8?

It is one of the reasons I am upgrading. Yes it has 10GB but I also play @ 4K. So far I haven't encountered anything besides Far Cry 6 where the VRAM could be limitation. But I'm only still going games a couple years old.

RTX4080 was supposed to arrive on Monday. But then this morning the delivery date changes to today. Even get an automated phone call from FedEx saying someone will need to be available to sign for it. So I take PC down and pull water cooling, reinstall air cooling, clean, etc....But then FedEx doesn't show. So no PC all weekend. If they didn't change the delivery date, I wouldn't be mad. But I am now. :mad:

Local Fedex is the courier who consistently doesn't seem to be able to make it to my place by the end of the delivery day and always seems to have to deliver the next day (or monday if it's a friday :( ).

Every area seems to have a specific courier problem child... in Moncton, it's Fedex.

FedEx always says out for delivery and then leaves my shhht at the depot for pick up. They are the worst.
 
I go into the AMD adrenaline thing look at gaming notice my me3 le is marginal fps with my 6800xt vid card so I look at the advice it shows my settings which in game are set aat 1080p says in the software 2500x what ever the it makes some sugetions that I cannot change I geuss that amd software is moer for new games and not these older ones I still cannot figue out why my fps is so low according to that software, every thing is up to date, the cardd is undervoled but I made a gaming profile and set it to default in that game profile to see if tehr is any change. to be honest I have never noticed any issues while gaming its just when I read something like that it makes me wonder if something is actually wrong

Compare your system to others and do some benchmarks. It's likely the older game?

Why do 99% of the 2.5G network cards on Amazon have zero feedback/customer input (be it through reviews and/or at the very least questions..... ).

Really hard to even consider buying something that has zero input.

I just did the 3dmark bench mark it came out decent for me so it has to be the game, I seem to remember years back that the coding for the game was written for some reason so that people couldnt get more the 60fps they had to use a mod
