The 'What are you watching' Thread

The original Nobody. Not sure why this wasn't on my radar when it first came out, but great action flick and Christopher Lloyd was a perfect choice for the father. :)

I don't think Christopher Llyod can be bad in anything...he's awesome!

that said, I just finished watching Bushwick...what an interesting film. it felt a bit too rushed, but it showed Dave Bautista has some real acting chops!

Figured there were enough episodes available that I could mini-binge it and watched EP1 & 2. Still really enjoying the show despite not having played the game. :)

I'm so disgusted with the direction they've taken Star Trek at this point, that one isn't even getting a chance on my TV screen. The clips I've watched have just been unbearable.

We couldn't make it through Strange New Worlds either. Wanted too. Tried. Great show visually. But just sad in terms of story and characters.

Strange new worlds started out pretty good then just failed after the first few eps, part of me thinks its because I am older now and well they are writing for younger generation hehe

That may be true, writing for a younger generation, but the younger generation needs to be taught to raise the bar! My daughter, 16 now, was thoroughly disappointed with Strange New Worlds. Her eyes rolled so many times I thought she was going to pass out! And she was the one who frequently said when we were trying to get through season 2, "Can't we just skip this episode?! This is terrible!!" And she is a sci-fi fan.
