grr walk out to my truck and notice a bylaw ticket I reaD the ticket and it says that I am parked on the side walk which I wasn't I was parking in my parking spot the back of my ranger 4x4 overhangs the sidewalk maybe 1 inch. 50 CAD I have been parking here ( which is a back road in ALdergrove Tiny Town) for 3 years never received any tickets. the way this year is starting for me is totally not cool I get stiffed two days pay now 50.CAD ticket which neither was my fault. this better not continue or I am not going to be nice anymore i will become a total ass hat to everyone that gets bnear me lol

I called them talked to them on the phone she sent a photo and my truck even though pulled all the way into my spot does over hang slightly onto the side walk. the officer is just being a dick.

I worked with Bylaw allot last year dong security at City hall . And the only time they actually would come out to a place in a way out neighborhood is because of a complaint. I just wished I would have gotten a warning.
I am pretty sure it is a dick head downstairs that called because even though I usually keep to myself and mind my own business . I had a dealing with him.

A week or two ago when he was drunk music fairly loud and pounding away on something in his suite, I left it alone then he was pounding on the neighbors door complaining because apparently the neighbor through some wine on his makeshift glass enclosed balcony , again I left it alone because he left , but he then went out side ( this was 9 pm) and started yelling up at my neighbors balcony . while this is all happening I am trying to focus on the home server problem I was having for two days . again I left it alone.

Then the idiot comes back up stairs has a Baseball bat pound on the neighbors door so finally I had enough I opened my door calmly and asked him whats going on he starts to yell about what supposedly happened, I tell him ok but obviously the person doesn't want to answer his door especially when he is standing there all 6"3' 260 lbs of him holding a base ball bat , the guy then tells me to mind my own business, I explain with very slight aggression that it was my business now because he is loud and breaking my concentration. he then waves the baseball bat around aggressively towards me I then told him that two things are probably going to happen if he continues in that threatening manner , one I am going to take the baseball bat away from him and the second is that an ambulance and police are going to be called because I had to defend my self and pin his neck on the floor with my knee after I flipped him through the air . he stopped moved on but still uttered some more verbal threats .

SO I am sure it is that Ass hat that made the complaint. all because I embarrassed him for being an idiot

well...two things come to mind.

a) don't fight it, but go and smear poop all over their vehicle
or
b ) seek clarification from the bylaw dept for is considered parking on the sidewalk and see if you're being unjustly harassed.

poop is too obvious. tape a BIG raw fish underneath his engine. will take a looong time to track it down AND his vehicle will stink for ages.

Next time mate... record BEFORE engaging. NEVER get into a he said / he said encounter when YOU could be doing jail time over uttering threats and assult. Yes this has happened in the past to a bud. Dont be that guy. Record all encounters so you can prove your innocence.

60 days is nothing. Actually that is pretty standard. I've had stuff take 4-5 months before. IMO its worth it to pay the extra for epacket. Or at least the Aliexpress courier. China small parcel mail can be ridiculously slow.

I agree - 60days isn't that bad. I had some decorative stuff ordered for my wedding last year and it took 3.5mths to get here. Luckily my Wife was ahead in the planning stage by atleast 6mths so it wasn't an issue lol.

Seriously??? Is the legal system that stupid in the US that somebody could sue a pharmaceutical company if they take a medication that they already know they're allergic to? I'm more inclined to believe that it's more along the lines of the companies who choose to list the possibility of peanuts when in fact their product doesn't come within 10 miles of a peanut during the manufacturing process....
