Some are still being made here in the Free Democratic People's Republic of Canuckistan. Most are not. Most are from China. Basically if its in Canuckistan Tire... its chinesium. If its in a Panderno shop... its 50-50. :ph34r:

Yep, I saw their stuff at Canadian Tire as well and all the Paderno stuff there is made in China.

Apparently it's based on the line. The tri-plys are still here. The signature, professional and maybe classic (I can't remember on the last) are still made here.

The copperlane etc. Are made in China. I'd guess most of their non-cookware is made overseas as well, but haven't checked.
 
So last night I go to my truck which is parked on a public street find a written not on a napkin which says " PARk in Your own stall my truck as been park here for 5 YRS I Don't WANT TO SEE it again park or you will have a problem you know I park here so why are you in it you have a problem you know were I am". for one it is a public street and even though he has two vehicles parked in front of the door on a public street I don't care I came home parked there to take groceries up stairs decided that I don't want to walk back down 3 flights of stairs to park my truck 30 ft away in my stall. this is the same ass hate I had a problem with a few weeks ago.
I consider that a threat so because I was so pissed off and my first instinct was to go knock on his door and hope that he comes at me so I can choke him out and he craps his pants. I decided to call the RCMP make a file. the reason I did this is because it is on file I have the file number and also there was a different guy in the building last summer who was parking there I heard words exchanged with in a few week that guys car had a bolder thrown through his windshield and of course no witness's but the guy told me he thinks it was the same idiot.
I work security I deal with Asshats allot I come home I want it quiet so I can watch shows play around with computers I don't need this BS my adrenalin has been going since 6pm yesterday
 
me thinks you should consider putting out some surveillance so your vehicle can be monitored. and then mebe put a couple stickers on your truck window that says 'vehicle is under surveillance'. mebe put some of those cheap batter powered memory flash recording units on the dashboard and such?
 
So yesterday RCMP talked to the idiot within 3 minutes after the RCMP was sitting in his car writing his report there is a knock at my Door and it was him asking why I called the rcmp , and not come to his door ( of course he was holding a screwdriver that in my line of work can be considered a weapon). as was I explaining to him that it was because of the threat and the paper trail so that if he was to do what he was doing at this moment and I have to defend my self well my ass is covered just as I said that the idiot says it is because you are a coward and ( trying to make me flinch) slightly lunges at me so as he was doing that I grabbed the screw driver out of his hand stuck my face right at his and said this now is considered a threat of course he backed off a little. then he comes up with oh we are community here blah blah blah I again explaied to him that if he would have just left a note with out thwe threat or even better came to my door he wouldn't be in the situation. then I also reminded him that the last person that had a problem with him for parking in that spot ended up with a bolder through his windshield so again if anything where to =happen there is a paper trail and it points to you. of course because the guy ( I could smell a little alcohol and pot on him) not thinking clear thought and with a shocked face tells me he didn't know this and says he is going to talk to him, . he moved to the wrong person place and kniock on there door. I just rolled my eyes thinking that this idiot must have done allot of stupid things to people in this building.

right after I close the door I get a call from the rcmp officer to let me know what happened and he fully agreed with me about this idiot being a bully and aggressive. i then told him what had just happened and also asked if he comes to my door again and does he same thing I can react he just laughed and said that he was being aggressive and I can act accordingly but also judging by what I said to him that he doubts that he will do anything .

Either way my ass if covered . I am to old for this childish BS
 
Now OMERS is expanding into cryptocurrencies :angry2:. The government needs to suffocate cryptocurrencies to death with oppressive regulations.

interesting. the SEC has said that companies cannot go into blockchain technologies for the sole purpose of boosting their stock value.

regulation is coming...however they will need to think carefully in how they do it. being online and not regulated, they cannot 'block' the blockchain...but they can institute rules that guide how it can be used/accessed by the corporate world, etc.
